Queens Heart Games ("we", "our studio") is an independent game studio, operating internationally. This policy explains what data we collect through queensheartgames.com, our games, and our community channels, and how that data is used.

• Email: when you contact us, create a profile in one of our games, or send us your email to receive news.
• In-game messages: the content of chat/communication between players within our games.
• Profile picture, bio and social media links: when you choose to add them to your player profile.

We do not collect payment data, identity documents, precise location, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools on our site.

3. How we use your data

• To operate your player profile and enable communication between players within our games;
• To respond to your contact messages;
• To send news by email, only if you voluntarily send us your email for that purpose;
• To keep our games and site secure and running well (e.g. moderating inappropriate content in chat or bios).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data may be processed by hosting and technical infrastructure providers that store our servers and databases on our behalf, always under confidentiality obligations. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We keep your data while your profile remains active, or until you request deletion. Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to resolve your request.

Our games rated for general audiences are not deliberately directed at children under 16 without a guardian's consent. Zombie Apocalypse is rated 18+ and should not be used by anyone under that age. If you are a guardian and believe a child has provided us personal data (such as a bio, profile picture or messages) without your consent, contact us so we can remove that information.

8. Cookies

We only use cookies essential to the operation of the site and games (for example, to keep you signed in to your profile). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools.
